Epcot
"Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow"
Epcot is a 300-acre park that has two distinct parts: Future World, a Utopian city of the future, and World Showcase, a village of pavilions that explore the many cultures of our global community. Hilights of Future World are the Spaceship Earth ride, the Living Seas Aquarium, the Test Track ride and the Mission Space ride. The best of the World Showcase is the 360 Vision movies in the China and Canada Pavillion. The restaurants (and the patiserrie!) in the French Pavillion are incredible. Epcot appeals mainly to children ten and older, and to adults of all ages.
INSIDER TIPs:The Spaceship Earth ride is inside the gigantic landmark geosphere, known to locals as the "giant golfball." It is a remarkable engineering feat and Epcot's landmark attraction. Guests time-travel from the caveman days all the way to the electronic age, and explore human ability to overcome communication barriers through new technologies, including the printing press up through electronic age communication. This is a great place to dodge the summer heat. It's cool, rather quiet and the atmosphere is relaxing.
The Living Seas is the world's sixth-largest ocean and the world's largest aquarium, with over 3,000 fish, sharks, rays, and dolphins. Within the underwater world is a complete coral reef Guests first view s short film, then theater doors then open to reveal three capsule elevators – "hydrolators" – which take visitors to the ocean floor. After you disembark at Sea Base Alpha , you and are free to explore a model undersea research facility and a two-story viewing area. See divers carry out research studies through floor-to-ceiling "sea windows." The Epcot DiveQuest Program permits certified divers to explore inside The Living Seas environment.

Test Track is a mile-long ride that takes you on a hair-raising journey "testing" new cars. You race around a large track formore than five minutes of tire-squealing road tests. Riders see first-hand an engine-roaring, three-story ascent; a wild skid; and a 50 degree banked curve at 65 mph. Buckle up!
Mission: Space has redefined the meaning of "thrill ride" in the most technologically advanced attraction yet created by Disney. This ride is an astonishingly realistic launch into space in a simulated space capsule that offers "astronauts" the rush of the liftoff and space travel on a mission to Mars.Former NASA advisers and astronauts and well as scientists and Walt Disney Imagineers created Mission: SPACE as the first ride that takes guests straight up in simulated flight.
Use FASTPASS on these attractions to avoid lines and save time. Photos of your ride are available for sale after you complete the vehicle testing.
