Notable chef Emeril Lagasse, star of the hit Food Network program “Emeril Live,” created this world-famous restaurant.This eatery's focal point is the busy, open kitchen where you can see chefs design their Creole-inspired gourmet wonders, such as Louisiana oyster stew, duck, and rib-eye steak. A second-floor wine gallery features an open display of 12,000 bottles of wine, a cigar bar and wall-sized humidor and aperitif bar.
